NexumPortal collects account details, billing identifiers from Stripe, and website URLs submitted for audit processing. We use this data to operate the service, secure accounts, and provide support.

Audit inputs and generated outputs are stored in Supabase. Payment details are handled by Stripe and are not stored in full on NexumPortal systems.

We do not sell personal information. Data may be disclosed when required by law or to protect service security.

To request data deletion or export, contact support through the account owner email address associated with your workspace.

This policy may be updated as product functionality changes. Material changes will be reflected by a new effective date.
