Accounts are individual to the authorized user. You must keep credentials secure and promptly report suspected compromise.

Subscription billing is managed by Stripe and renews according to your selected plan unless canceled before renewal.

Service availability may vary due to third-party dependencies (for example, scraping and AI providers). NexumPortal may limit or suspend access to protect system integrity.

Liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. NexumPortal is not responsible for downstream business outcomes from SEO decisions.
