Refund & Cancellation Policy
Effective date: February 24, 2026.
You can cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless required otherwise by law.
NexumPortal does not provide automatic prorated refunds for partial billing periods. Refund exceptions may be granted for duplicate charges or clear billing errors.
To request a refund review, contact support within 14 days of the charge with account email, invoice ID, and issue summary.
Chargebacks or payment disputes may result in account suspension while the dispute is being resolved.
